{"id":8686,"date":"2025-09-26T11:12:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T11:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=8686"},"modified":"2025-09-26T11:12:00","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T11:12:00","slug":"yan-coga-bersama-63-pekerja-pt-graha-pusri-medica-akan-gelar-aksi-di-depan-istana-presiden-dan-lembaga-negara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2025\/09\/26\/yan-coga-bersama-63-pekerja-pt-graha-pusri-medica-akan-gelar-aksi-di-depan-istana-presiden-dan-lembaga-negara\/","title":{"rendered":"Yan Coga Bersama 63 Pekerja PT Graha Pusri Medica Akan Gelar Aksi di Depan Istana Presiden dan Lembaga Negara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Palembang.sriwijayapertama.net<\/strong> &#8211; Puluhan pekerja korban Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) sepihak oleh PT Graha Pusri Medica bersama Koordinator aktivis Koalisi Rakyat Bawah sekaligus advokat Yan Coga akan gelar aksi massa di depan Istana Presiden, Kementerian Tenaga Kerja, Kementerian BUMN, Kejaksaan Agung, hingga Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).<\/p>\n<p>Aksi ini merupakan bentuk perlawanan atas kebijakan manajemen PT Graha Pusri Medica yang dinilai melanggar aturan ketenagakerjaan dengan memberhentikan 63 pekerja tanpa kepastian hak normatif, termasuk pesangon dan kompensasi sesuai undang-undang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami tidak hanya menuntut hak 63 pekerja, tetapi juga mendesak pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum turun tangan. Buruh tidak boleh terus-menerus menjadi korban kesewenang-wenangan perusahaan,\u201d tegas Yan Coga.<\/p>\n<p>Aksi ini juga akan menjadi momentum untuk mengingatkan pemerintah agar lebih serius dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan terhadap perusahaan BUMN maupun swasta yang kerap mengabaikan hak-hak pekerja.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa tuntutan dalam aksi tersebut diantaranya yaitu :<\/p>\n<p>1. Batalkan PHK sepihak terhadap 63 pekerja PT Graha Pusri Medica.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bayarkan seluruh hak pekerja sesuai Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tindak tegas manajemen perusahaan yang melakukan pelanggaran.<\/p>\n<p>4. Libatkan KPK dan Kejaksaan Agung untuk menyelidiki dugaan penyalahgunaan wewenang dalam manajemen perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Melalui aksi ini, para pekerja berharap suara mereka didengar, hak-hak mereka dipenuhi.
