Paulus S. Sugiarto, Sp. B., M. Kes., FICS.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8342\" src=\"http:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/IMG-20250910-WA0019-241x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kegiatan ini menjadi bentuk apresiasi Charitas Group kepada para mitra strategis yang selama ini telah memberikan dukungan dan kontribusi dalam perjalanan karya kesehatan Charitas,&#8221; kata Paulus, kepada beberapa wartawan, Selasa (09\/09\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Sebanyak sekitar 50 pimpinan perusahaan hadir dalam acara tersebut, diantaranya dari berbagai sektor strategis, seperti perbankan, energi, transportasi, manufaktur, perkebunan, serta jasa kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun dalam acara itu memiliki empat tujuan utama, yakni:<\/p>\n<p>1. Menghargai &amp; Apresiasi Rekanan memberikan pengalaman menyenangkan sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada perusahaan rekanan yang telah mendukung Charitas.<\/p>\n<p>2. Meningkatkan Hubungan &amp; Keakraban menciptakan suasana santai dan kebersamaan untuk mempererat hubungan personal antar pimpinan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Menciptakan Loyalitas &amp; Kolaborasi Jangka Panjang melalui interaksi non-formal, dengan harapan tumbuh kepercayaan dan sinergi yang lebih kuat antara Charitas dan mitra rekanan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Membangun Networking Strategis memberi kesempatan jajaran direksi dan rekanan untuk berdiskusi, berbagi insight, dan memperluas kerja sama bisnis.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan konsep fun gathering berupa pertandingan bowling, suasana kebersamaan tercipta secara hangat, santai, dan penuh keakraban.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui kegiatan yang berlangsung, Charitas Group berharap dapat semakin mempererat hubungan dengan mitra, serta menciptakan ruang kolaborasi baru yang bermanfaat bagi kedua belah pihak.<\/p>\n<p>Ada beberapa Pejabat Charitas yang hadir dalam acara diantaranya:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pengurus Yayasan Rumah Sakit Charitas.<br \/>\n&#8211; Manajemen Corporate, dr. Paulus S. Sugiarto, Sp. B., M.Kes FICS (Direktur Eksekutif Charitas Group) beserta jajarannya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dr. Antonius Yudianto, MARS, MH, FISQUA (Direktur Charitas Hospital Palembang), beserta jajarannya<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dr. Wanto. M. Kes (Direktur Charitas Hospital KM7), beserta jajarannya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dr. Daniel Lumban Tobing, M.Kes (Direktur Charitas Hospital Kenten), beserta jajarannya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hari Pelanggan Nasional 2025 dengan tema Think Customer mengingatkan pada semua bahwa, pelanggan harus selalu ditempatkan sebagai pusat dari setiap langkah pelayanan. Melalui kegiatan ini, kami ingin mempererat ikatan kebersamaan dengan para mitra, sekaligus menegaskan komitmen Charitas untuk terus berinovasi dan hadirkan layanan kesehatan yang mengutamakan kebutuhan pelanggan,&#8221; ujar Kepala Divisi Marketing Charitas Group dr. Wilma Hannie Daniel, M.K.M.<\/p>\n<p>Diwaktu yang sama Ketua Panitia National Customer Day Gathering 2025, Josef Cafasso menambahkan, konsep Have Fun Bowling dipilih karena sesuai dengan semangat Think Customer yang diusung pada Hari Pelanggan Nasional tahun ini.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami ingin menghadirkan suasana yang santai dan menyenangkan agar interaksi antar pimpinan lebih cair, hangat, dan bermakna. Harapannya, kegiatan ini bukan hanya sebagai ajang apresiasi, tetapi juga langkah nyata untuk membangun kepercayaan dan sinergi jangka panjang,&#8221; pungkas Josef Cafasso tutup
