{"id":7809,"date":"2025-08-16T16:38:08","date_gmt":"2025-08-16T16:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=7809"},"modified":"2025-08-16T16:38:08","modified_gmt":"2025-08-16T16:38:08","slug":"hut-ri-ke-80-provinsi-sumsel-lounching-pemutihan-pajak-kendaraan-bermotor-tahun-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2025\/08\/16\/hut-ri-ke-80-provinsi-sumsel-lounching-pemutihan-pajak-kendaraan-bermotor-tahun-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Hut RI Ke-80, Provinsi Sumsel, Lounching Pemutihan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Tahun 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Palembang.sriwijayapertama.net &#8211;<\/em><\/span> Dalam rangka HUT Republik Indonesia (RI) ke-80, Pemerintah Provinsi (Pempro Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) bersama tim Samsat lainnya, lounching pemutihan pajak kendaraan bermotor Tahun 2025 di Atrium PTC Mall Jalan R Sukamto Kecamatan Ilir III Kota Palembang, Sabtu (16\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Pemutihan pajak tersebut secara resmi dilounching oleh Gubernur Sumsel, Dr H Herman Deru bersama Kapolda Sumsel, Irjen Pol Andi Rian R Djajadi SIK MH dan Kepala Kanwil Jasa Raharja Cabang Sumsel, Mulkan SE MSi AAAIK.<\/p>\n<p>Turut hadir Wakil Gubernur Sumsel, Cik Ujang, Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Provinsi Sumsel Dr H Achmad Rizwan SSTP MM, Diirektur Ditlantas Polda Sumsel, Kombes Pol Maesa Soegriwo SIK dan OPD dilingkungan baik Provinsi maupun Kabupaten Kota.<\/p>\n<p>Pemutihan pajak kendaraan Tahun 2025 diantaranya Bebas tunggakan serta sanksi administratif tahun pajak sebelumnya dan cukup bayar PKB satu Tahun saja, Bebas biaya BBN-KB II, Bebas biaya pajak progresif dan Bebas denda SWDKLLJ Tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p>Gubernur Sumsel, H Herman Deru berharap kepada masyarakat agar mulai besok sampai 80 (delapan puluh) hari kedepan dimanfaatkan untuk mengaktivasi kendaraan bermotor baik darat maupun air yang menunggak pajak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Setelah lewat dari 80 hari kedepan, saya meminta kepada Kapolda Sumsel dan seluruh jajarannya untuk mengambil tindakan tegas dengan menonaktifkan atau memblokir kendaraan bermotor tersebut apabila masih menunggak atau tidak membayar pajak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku,&#8221; pintanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia ungkapkan bahwa Pemprov Sumsel sejak 2021-2024 telah memberikan pemutihan denda pajak kendaraan bermotor dan Tahun 2025 pemutihan atau menghapuskan pokok pajaknya dan hanya membayar pajak Tahun yang sedang berjalan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hal ini, kita tidak membandingkan dengan daerah lain, tetapi hanya semata-mata untuk melibatkan masyarakat dalam membangun daerah, karena pembangunan tentunya tidak bisa lepas tanpa keterlibatan dari masyarakat Sumsel,&#8221; ungkapnya Deru.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Kepala Bapenda Provinsi Sumsel, H Achmad Rizwan mengatakan bahwa pemutihan pajak kendaraan bermotor ini, merupakan kebijakan Gubernur Sumsel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pemutihan kendaraan bermotor 80 hari kedepan, pemilik kendaraan hanya membayar pajak Tahun yang sedang berjalan, misalnya kendaraan bermotor yang menunggak pajak 10 Tahun dan hanya membayar 1 (satu) Tahun yang sedang berjalan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut ia beberkan selain itu, kebijakan gubernur Sumsel ini membebas Biaya Balik Nama (BBN) yang kedua atau kendaraan seken termasuk juga biaya pajak progresif.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Provinsi Sumsel, salah satu Provinsi di Indonesia yang membebaskan biaya BBN dan Pajak progresif kendaraan bermotor,&#8221; bebernya Rizwan.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut Rizwan beberkan target diberlakukannya pemutihan pajak kendaraan bermotor ini, agar masyarakat lebih patuh dan kembali aktifnya kendaraan bermotor yang tidak aktif atau menunggak pajak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;PAD Provinsi Sumsel dari sektor pajak kendaaraan bermotor menyumbang 33 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Pemutihan kendaraan bermotor baik darat maupun diatas air berlaku mulai hari ini sampai 80 hari kedepan dan setelah itu, Ditlantas Polda Sumsel akan melakukan penertiban bagi kendaraan bermotor yang manunggak dan belum bayar pajak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oleh karena itu bagi masyarakat wajib pajak manfaatkanlah momen ini, untuk mengaktivasi kembali kendaraan bermotornya,&#8221; pesannya Rizwan.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Rizwan beberkan bahwa target dan tujuan pemutihan kendaraan bermotor ini, agar masyarakat lebih patuh dan kembali aktifnya kendaraan bermotor yang tidak aktif atau menunggak pajak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dari sektor pajak kendaraan bermotor menyumbang sekitar 32 persen. Sedangkan untuk target dari pajak kendaraan bermotor Tahun 2025 untuk PAD sekitar Rp 1.2 Tirliun dan yang masuk kas provinsi sebesar RP 770 Miliar dan sisanya dikembalikan ke Kabupaten Kota,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pemutihan kendaraan bermotor baik darat maupun diatas air berlaku mulai hari ini sampai 80 hari kedepan dan setelah itu, Ditlantas Polda Sumsel akan melakukan penertiban bagi kendaraan bermotor yang manunggak dan belum bayar pajak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oleh karena itu kepada masyarakat wajib pajak manfaatkanlah momen ini, untuk mengaktivasi kembali kendaraan bermotornya,&#8221;
