Kali ini, Tim Opsnal \u201cBeruang Hitam\u201d Satreskrim berhasil meringkus seorang pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan (curat) yang terjadi di wilayah Dusun III, Desa Sinar Dewa, Kecamatan Talang Ubi, Kabupaten PALI.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaku yang diketahui bernama Regi bin Mat Jahri (21), warga Desa Sinar Dewa, diamankan pada Selasa (6\/5\/2025), setelah menjalani serangkaian penyelidikan intensif oleh Unit Pidana Umum Satreskrim Polres PALI.<\/p>\n<p>Kasat Reskrim Polres PALI AKP Nasron Junaidi, S.H., M.H. menjelaskan, kasus ini bermula dari laporan korban, Dedi Usman (43), yang kehilangan tiga unit handphone miliknya pada Minggu (23\/3\/2025) sekitar pukul 01.37 WIB. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi di kediaman korban di Dusun III, Desa Sinar Dewa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSetelah menerima laporan, kami langsung bergerak cepat. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan dan informasi yang kami himpun di lapangan, pelaku diketahui berada di wilayah Desa Sinar Dewa. Tim kami segera melakukan penangkapan,\u201d ujar AKP Nasron Junaidi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam operasi tersebut, Katim Opsnal Beruang Hitam, Aipda Paryanto, memimpin penangkapan setelah terlebih dahulu melakukan briefing dengan Kanit 1 Pidum IPDA La Ode Ananta Yudhistirah, S.Tr.K. Saat diinterogasi, pelaku mengakui perbuatannya dan turut diamankan bersama barang bukti berupa satu unit handphone Vivo Y12 warna Glacier Blue, serta tiga buah kotak HP.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun pasal yang dikenakan kepada pelaku adalah Pasal 363 ayat (1) ke-3 dan ke-4 KUHP tentang pencurian dengan pemberatan, yang ancamannya dapat mencapai tujuh tahun penjara.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres PALI AKBP Yunar Hotma Parulian Sirait, S.H., S.I.K., M.I.K. melalui Kasat Reskrim menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap kesigapan timnya dalam mengungkap kasus ini.<\/p>\n<p>&gt; \u201cSaya mengapresiasi kinerja Kasat Reskrim dan seluruh jajaran Satreskrim Polres PALI. Respons cepat, presisi dalam bertindak, serta keberanian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Polres PALI berkomitmen penuh dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat,\u201d ungkap AKP Nasron Junaidi menyampaikan pernyataan Kapolres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Kapolres juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk tetap waspada dan segera melapor jika menjadi korban atau mengetahui adanya tindak kriminal di sekitarnya.\u201cKami tidak akan kompromi terhadap pelaku kejahatan.
