Salah satu langkah nyata adalah penggantian bantalan kayu pada jembatan baja dengan bantalan sintetis yang lebih ramah lingkungan, tahan lama, dan efisien.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBantalan sintetis ini lebih kuat, tahan terhadap cuaca ekstrem, dan tidak memerlukan penebangan pohon untuk diproduksi. KAI Divre III Palembang telah memasang 3.546 batang bantalan sintetis dari total 3.781 batang bantalan sintetis yang harus dipasang di wilayah Divre III Palemban dari Kertapati sampai Lubuk Linggau, sehingga saat ini KAI turut mendukung pelestarian lingkungan sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi perawatan infrastruktur,\u201d kata Manager Humas PTKAI Divre III Palembang, Aida Suryanti, Sabtu (14\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Langkah ini menjadi bagian penting dari salah satu persiapan menghadapi masa libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru) 2024\/2025, yang berlangsung dari 19 Desember 2024 hingga 5 Januari 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini kereta api yang beroperasi di wilayah Divre III Palembang adalah KA Bukit Serelo relasi Kertapati &#8211; Lubuklinggau (PP), KA Ekspres Rajabasa relasi Kertapati &#8211; Tanjung Karang dan KA komersial Sindang Marga relasi Kertapati &#8211; Lubuk Linggau (PP). Untuk KA jarak jauh pemesanan tiket sudah dapat dilakukan H-45, agar pengguna jasa KA dapat mengatur rencana perjalanan dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data per tanggal 13 Desember 2024 jumlah tiket KA yang sudah terjual untuk periode masa libur Natal dan Tahun Baru 2024\/2025 yaitu 35.006 tiket dari total kapasitas tempat duduk yang disediakan KAI Divre III yaitu sebanyak 42.732 tempat duduk atau 82%.<\/p>\n<p>Penjualan tertinggi keseluruhan tiket KA yang ada yaitu pada periode sebelum Hari Natal terjadi pada H- 5 (20 Desember 2024) dengan total penjualan 2.206 tiket. Sementara untuk periode setelah Hari Natal, terjadi pada H+3 (28 Desember 2024) dengan penjualan 2.030 tiket, dengan penjualan yang paling banyak dibeli adalah tiket KA ekonomi Ekspres Rajabasa dan KA ekonomi Bukit Serelo, yang telah habis sampai tanggal 5 Januari 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDengan komitmen untuk keberlanjutan, KAI memastikan setiap inovasi yang dilakukan membawa dampak positif, baik untuk penumpang maupun lingkungan.
