Guna mengusut tuntas dugaan korupsi atau mark up dana yang dilakukan CV Abi dan Ummi Family.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua FP2KP Darmadi mengatakan ada indikasi korupsi atau mark up dana yang dilakukan oleh CV Abi dan Ummi Family pada pengadaan alat olahraga di seluruh SD Negeri Kecamatan Betung tahun 2024. Pengadaan alat olahraga yang menelan anggaran hampir Rp 200 juta tersebut tidak sesuai dengan spek yang ada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saat penyerahan kepada pihak sekolah ada indikasi pengurangan jumlah bola voli dan bola kaki, dimana dari berita acara ditemukan penyerahan 7 hola Voli, 7 bola kaki dan 2 net ,sedangkan dari pengakuan salah satu kepala sekolah hanya menerima 1 bola voli, 1 bola kaki dan 2 net,&#8221;bebernya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Darmadi, CV tersebut juga sering digunakan oleh beberapa dinas untuk pengerjaan beberapa proyek di dinas &#8211; dinas lain yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuasin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;CV itu dipakai orang lain dan spesialis dipinjamkan dan dipakai dinas terkait, sedangkan direkturnya bukan kontraktor. kami minta segera usut dan jangan dibiarkan begitu saja, jika perlu dipenjarakan,&#8221;tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua LSM Nusantara, Ismail menambahkan memang pengadaan barang tidak sesuai spek dan barang tersebut kurang. Dirinya menduga dari pihak PPK dan Pengawasan ada Kongkalikong, karena yang melaksanakan dari SKPD masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ada seseorang Inisial AP, honor di Dispora Banyuasin, ada keterlibatan diduga oknum ini bermain antara SKPD dan pihak yang sudah ditunjuk. Kami meminta penegak hukum dalam hal ini Kejari Banyuasin agar turut audit secara pas dan murni sesuai dengan spek yang ada,&#8221;pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Aksi unjuk rasa ini berdasarkan arahan dari Kejari Banyuasin agar dilaporkan secara resmi ke Pelayan Terpadu Satu Pintu.
