Para pelakunya bahkan seolah tak tersentuh hukum. gudang BBM Ilegal yang berada di Jalan Pegayut Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan bikin Masyarakat disekitarnya resah. (3\/5\/2024)<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan dari hasil investigasi dan temuan wartawan kami di lapangan diduga terdapat beberapa gudang Bbm jenis solar dan pertalite Oplosan.<\/p>\n<p>Bbm yang masuk sebanyak puluhan ton dengan menggunakan sistem over tab tangki merah putih pertamina (subsidi) dan putih biru (industri).<\/p>\n<p>Diduga Bos Pengoplos di gudang Bbm tersebut sangat meresahkan warga setempat.<\/p>\n<p>Kami sempat mengunjungi gudang diduga milik (HR) yang beroperasi selama 24 jam setiap harinya.<\/p>\n<p>Gudang ini terletak dipinggir jalan pegayut pemulutan Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut warga sekitar yang tidak mau disebutkan namanya bercerita kepada Wartawan mengatakan bahwa<br \/>\nDulu pernah terjadi ledakan di gudang berlokasi Pegayut pada bulan Agustus 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Terjadinya ledakan tersebut tidak membuat efek jera para pengoplos dan penimbun Bbm.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolda telah menginstruksikan melalui media banpol WA apabila ada gudang bbm oplosan agar segera melaporkan temuan ini.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan Instruksi Kapolda tersebut ternyata tidak membuat efek jera bagi para pelaku malahan justru bertambah kuat.<\/p>\n<p>Para pengoplos Bbm bertambah kuat karena diduga ada pihak APH yang membekingi bahkan terkesan melindungi mereka para Pelaku Bisnis BBM Oplosan.<\/p>\n<p>Team kami juga memantau banyaknya mobil yang keluar masuk di area lokasi dan di pinggir jalan pegayut.<\/p>\n<p>Kami sangat mengharapkan agar Kapolda Sumsel Inspektur Jenderal A Rahmad Wibowo S.ik sebagai Kapolda Sumsel untuk menindak lanjuti temuan Kami tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Kami juga sangat mengharapkan tindakan sesuai instruksi Pak Jenderal untuk Segera bertindak tegas dalam membasmi mafia mafia Bbm ilegal sesuai aturan per undang undangan yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia yang kita cintai ini.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun ini diduga adalah tindak kejahatan dimana tertera dalam undang undang pasal yang digunakan dalam kasus tersebut yaitu pasal 55 UU no 22 tahun 2021 tentang Minyak dak Gas Bumi Sebagaimana diubah paragraf 5 pasal 40 angka 9 UU No 6 tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Penganti UU No 2 tahun 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Kami mewakili masyarakat mohon kepada APH Ter khusus bapak kapolda Sumsel Irjen pol A Rachmad Wibowo S,ik<\/p>\n<p>Untuk Segera bertindak tegas dalam menyikapi hal ini karna dampak nya sangat berbahaya bagi masyrakat dan lingkungan sekitar<\/p>\n<p>Jangan Sudah ada jatuh korban baru bertindak karna ini suda sering kali terjadi kebakaran di sekitar tempat tersebut.berita ini dilansir dari
