Nilai tersebut diwujudkan melalui pelayanan, perlindungan, pengayoman, pemeliharaan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, hingga penegakan hukum yang mengedepankan profesionalisme dan rasa keadilan.<\/p>\n<p>Arah tersebut menempatkan masyarakat sebagai bagian penting dalam pelaksanaan tugas kepolisian. Karena itu, komunikasi dua arah, keterbukaan terhadap aspirasi, serta kecepatan merespons berbagai persoalan di tengah masyarakat menjadi bagian dari penguatan kualitas pelayanan Polri.<\/p>\n<p>Polda Sumsel berkomitmen menerapkan semangat tersebut di seluruh jajaran melalui kerja nyata yang semakin memperkuat profesionalisme, akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan kualitas pelayanan kepolisian.<\/p>\n<p>Kehadiran polisi di tengah masyarakat tidak hanya diwujudkan melalui penegakan hukum, tetapi juga melalui komunikasi, pelayanan, perlindungan, pengayoman, serta respons cepat terhadap berbagai persoalan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Kritik, saran, dan masukan dari masyarakat juga menjadi bagian penting dalam evaluasi dan pembenahan. Aspirasi tersebut menjadi bahan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar semakin humanis, profesional, transparan, dan mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Kabid Humas Polda Sumatera Selatan Kombes Pol. Nandang Mu\u2019min Wijaya, S.I.K., M.H., menegaskan bahwa jajaran Polda Sumsel siap menjalankan semangat \u201cPolisi Bersama Masyarakat\u201d dengan terus mendekatkan diri kepada masyarakat serta memberikan perlindungan dan pelayanan terbaik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami memastikan proses penegakan hukum dan pelayanan kepolisian dilakukan secara profesional, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat,\u201d ujar Kombes Pol. Nandang Mu\u2019min Wijaya, S.I.K., M.H.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, hubungan yang kuat antara polisi dan masyarakat merupakan bagian penting dalam menciptakan situasi keamanan dan ketertiban yang kondusif. Karena itu, sinergi dan komunikasi dua arah perlu terus dibangun di seluruh wilayah Sumsel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolisi Bersama Masyarakat\u201d juga dimaknai sebagai komitmen untuk hadir, mendengar, melayani, melindungi, dan merespons kebutuhan masyarakat dengan sebaik-baiknya. Semangat tersebut diharapkan menjadi bagian dari budaya kerja seluruh personel Polda Sumsel dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p>Polda Sumsel mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk bersama-sama menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di lingkungan masing-masing. Masyarakat juga diharapkan tidak ragu menyampaikan informasi maupun masukan konstruktif kepada kepolisian sebagai bagian dari upaya bersama membangun pelayanan publik yang semakin baik.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan semangat \u201cPolisi Bersama Masyarakat\u201d, Polda Sumsel menegaskan bahwa pengabdian Polri tidak hanya tentang hadir ketika terjadi persoalan, tetapi juga tentang membangun kedekatan, mendengar kebutuhan warga, memberikan solusi, serta menciptakan rasa aman melalui kerja nyata.<\/p>\n<p>Semangat tersebut diharapkan terus tumbuh menjadi kekuatan bersama dalam membangun
