044\/Gapo Brigjen TNI Khabib Mahfud, S.I.P., M.M., turut mendampingi Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (KSAD) Jenderal TNI Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc., dalam Apel Akbar Satuan Perlindungan Masyarakat (Satlinmas) se-Indonesia di Stadion Jakabaring Sport City, Palembang, Jumat (28\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Apel Akbar dalam rangka HUT ke-81 Kemerdekaan RI tersebut diikuti sekitar 3.000 anggota Satlinmas dari berbagai daerah dan dirangkai dengan Deklarasi Nasional serta Pelantikan dan Pengukuhan DPP dan DPD Aslinmas se-Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kegiatan tersebut, KSAD Jenderal TNI Maruli Simanjuntak selaku Ketua Pembina Teknis Aslinmas menekankan agar organisasi Satlinmas tidak hanya besar secara struktur dan jumlah anggota, tetapi mampu memberikan manfaat serta pengabdian nyata kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKeberadaan organisasi ini memiliki ruang pengabdian yang nyata dalam mendukung ketertiban, ketenteraman, perlindungan masyarakat, serta kesiapsiagaan di lingkungan warga,\u201d ujar Maruli.<\/p>\n<p>Maruli juga mendorong penguatan sinergi Aslinmas dengan pemerintah dan seluruh elemen masyarakat sesuai tugas dan kewenangan masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJangan menempatkan kepentingan organisasi di atas kepentingan bangsa dan negara,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Danrem 044\/Gapo Brigjen TNI Khabib Mahfud menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut menjadi momentum memperkuat kesiapsiagaan dan sinergi Satlinmas dalam memberikan perlindungan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSatlinmas harus mampu hadir di tengah masyarakat dan memberikan kontribusi nyata, khususnya dalam menjaga ketertiban lingkungan, meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana, serta membantu pencegahan dan penanggulangan karhutla,\u201d ujar Danrem (Ril\/Iin
