Salah satu kebaruan tersebut adalah penerapan tes komputer serta peningkatan kualitas soal akademik dengan standar setara olimpiade.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaksanaan tahapan akhir seleksi tingkat panitia pusat dipimpin oleh Wakapolri Komjen Pol. Prof. Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, S.H., M.Hum., M.Si., M.M. di Gedung Serba Guna Akademi Kepolisian, Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Jumat (24\/7).<\/p>\n<p>Asisten Kapolri Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia (As SDM Kapolri) Irjen Pol. Dr. Anwar menjelaskan bahwa kemampuan menguasai teknologi kini menjadi kompetensi dasar yang harus dimiliki setiap calon anggota Polri, mulai dari jenjang tamtama, bintara, hingga taruna Akpol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeberapa hal yang baru di rekrutmen anggota Polri, tes komputer,\u201d ujar Irjen Anwar.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, penerapan tes komputer bertujuan memastikan calon anggota Polri memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam mengoperasikan perangkat digital sehingga siap menghadapi tantangan tugas kepolisian yang semakin modern.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari mulai bintara, tamtama, perwira sama, mereka semua Gen Z ini harus mengenal teknologi. Jadi di rekrutmen tamtama, bintara, Akpol ada tes komputernya,\u201d kata Irjen Anwar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalau mereka tidak ngerti komputer, teknologi, mengoperasikan komputer, gadget, mereka akan ketinggalan,\u201d lanjutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain kemampuan teknologi, Polri juga meningkatkan standar kualitas tes akademik. Tahun ini, materi ujian dirancang setara dengan standar olimpiade sehingga tidak lagi berorientasi pada hafalan, melainkan menguji kemampuan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan pemecahan masalah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolisi itu tesnya ada empat. Terkait intelektualitas tesnya tes akademik, bahasa Inggris, pengetahuan umum, matematika dan sebagainya. Dan sekarang ini sudah standar olimpiade,\u201d ungkap Irjen Anwar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInilah yang paling kita senang, sudah bukan zamannya soal hafalan lagi atau textbook. Sehingga kualitas mereka itu saat melihat ada permasalahan, bisa menganalisa, memecahkan suatu permasalahan. Ini yang diperlukan Polri di masa depan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga tahapan akhir seleksi tingkat panitia pusat, sebanyak 404 calon taruna dan taruni mengikuti proses seleksi, terdiri atas 365 calon taruna dan 39 calon taruni. Seluruh peserta sebelumnya telah melalui rangkaian seleksi yang ketat di tingkat panitia daerah dan panitia pusat, meliputi pemeriksaan administrasi, kesehatan, psikologi, akademik, kesamaptaan jasmani, hingga pemeriksaan penampilan (rikpil).<\/p>\n<p>Pada tahapan rikpil tingkat pusat, para peserta dinilai secara langsung oleh enam pejabat utama Polri, yaitu Wakapolri Komjen Pol. Prof. Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, S.H., M.Hum., M.Si., M.M., Kalemdiklat Polri Komjen Pol. R.Z. Panca Putra, As SDM Kapolri Irjen Pol. Dr. Anwar, Kadiv Propam Polri Irjen Pol. Abdul Karim, Wairwasum Polri Irjen Pol. Tomex Korniawan, serta Gubernur Akpol Irjen Pol. Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga.<\/p>\n<p>Penerapan tes komputer dan peningkatan standar akademik ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Polri untuk menghasilkan perwira muda yang unggul, adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta siap menghadapi dinamika tantangan tugas kepolisian di era digital.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_16242\"
