{"id":16145,"date":"2026-07-23T16:46:50","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T16:46:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=16145"},"modified":"2026-07-23T16:46:50","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T16:46:50","slug":"sejak-surat-nomor-338-os98-pp-ppud-2026-diterbitkan-belum-ada-tindakan-dari-satpol-pp-ada-apa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/07\/23\/sejak-surat-nomor-338-os98-pp-ppud-2026-diterbitkan-belum-ada-tindakan-dari-satpol-pp-ada-apa\/","title":{"rendered":"Sejak Surat Nomor 338\/OS98\/PP\/PPUD\/2026 Diterbitkan, Belum Ada Tindakan Dari Satpol PP, Ada Apa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sriwijayapertama.net Palembang \u2013<\/strong> Kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Palembang kembali menjadi sorotan publik, Pasalnya, surat pemberitahuan resmi bernomor 338\/OS98\/PP\/PPUD\/2026 tertanggal 17 Juli 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Surat tersebut diterbitkan untuk memberikan waktu 1&#215;24 jam kepada para pemilik warung, petak kios, gubuk, gerobak, asongan, dan pedagang kaki lima di kawasan Pasar Sako untuk membongkar sendiri bangunannya.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak surat tersebut diterbitkan hingga kini belum juga ada tindaklanjutnya dari Satpol PP Kota Palembang untuk dilakukan penertiban terhadap warung, petak, gerobak yang berdiri di area Fasilitas Umum (Fasum).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam surat tersebut, Satpol PP secara tegas menyatakan bahwa keberadaan bangunan dan aktivitas usaha tersebut diduga melanggar Peraturan Daerah Nomor 44 Tahun 2002 tentang Ketentraman dan Ketertiban Umum sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Perda Nomor 13 Tahun 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan, pada poin akhir surat ditegaskan bahwa apabila dalam waktu 1&#215;24 jam tidak dipatuhi, maka Pemerintah Kota Palembang melalui Satpol PP akan mengambil tindakan penertiban sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Namun hingga kini, setelah batas waktu tersebut berlalu, penertiban yang dijanjikan belum juga terlihat.<\/p>\n<p>Kondisi ini memunculkan pertanyaan publik. Mengapa surat resmi yang telah diterbitkan tidak diikuti dengan tindakan nyata?<\/p>\n<p>Apakah Satpol PP tidak berani mengeksekusi penertiban di lapangan? Ataukah terdapat kendala lain, baik faktor teknis, pertimbangan kebijakan, maupun alasan lain yang belum dijelaskan kepada masyarakat?<\/p>\n<p>Pertanyaan tersebut menjadi wajar mengingat surat resmi pemerintah merupakan produk administrasi negara yang seharusnya memiliki kepastian hukum dalam pelaksanaannya. Apabila tidak dijalankan tanpa penjelasan yang terbuka, dikhawatirkan dapat menimbulkan persepsi bahwa penegakan Perda dilakukan secara tidak konsisten.<\/p>\n<p>Sejumlah pihak juga mempertanyakan apakah terdapat faktor-faktor tertentu yang menyebabkan eksekusi tersebut tertunda. Namun hingga berita ini diterbitkan, belum ada bukti yang dapat memastikan penyebab tidak dilaksanakannya penertiban, sehingga berbagai dugaan tersebut masih perlu diklarifikasi oleh pihak berwenang.<\/p>\n<p>Masyarakat kini menunggu penjelasan resmi dari Kepala Satpol PP Kota Palembang mengenai alasan belum dilaksanakannya penertiban sebagaimana tertuang dalam surat tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Publik juga berharap Pemerintah Kota Palembang memberikan kepastian, apakah surat pemberitahuan tersebut tetap akan dieksekusi atau hanya menjadi dokumen administratif tanpa tindak lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga berita ini diterbitkan, Kepala Satpol PP Kota Palembang belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait alasan belum dilaksanakannya penertiban setelah berakhirnya batas waktu yang ditetapkan dalam surat tersebut.
