Pelapor atas nama Hasbi bin Abdullah Djahir secara resmi mengajukan pengaduan ke Divisi Propam Mabes Polri terkait proses penanganan perkara yang dinilai berjalan lamban dan belum memberikan kepastian hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut disampaikan dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Bantuan Hukum (BANKUM) Harimau Sumatra Bersatu (HSB), Jalan Sultan M. Mansyur No.687, Kelurahan 35 Ilir, Kecamatan Ilir Barat II, Kota Palembang, Jumat (5\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Pengaduan tersebut tertuang dalam laporan aduan masyarakat yang diterima Mabes Polri tertanggal 12 Mei 2026. Dalam laporannya, Hasbi mempertanyakan profesionalitas serta progres penanganan perkara yang hingga kini dinilai belum menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan meskipun laporan telah berjalan hampir satu tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Selain mengadukan persoalan tersebut ke Divisi Propam Mabes Polri, tim kuasa hukum dari Kantor Hukum Harimau Sumatera Bersatu (HSB) juga menyatakan akan mengajukan permohonan pelimpahan penanganan perkara dari Polrestabes Palembang ke Polda Sumatera Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami dari Kantor Bantuan Hukum (BANKUM) HSB mewakili klien kami atas nama Hasbi akan mengajukan permohonan pelimpahan perkara dari Polrestabes Palembang ke Polda Sumsel agar proses penanganan dapat berjalan lebih objektif, profesional, serta memberikan kepastian hukum bagi klien kami,\u201d ujar tim kuasa hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Permohonan tersebut berkaitan dengan laporan polisi Nomor LP\/B\/2103\/VII\/2025\/SPKT\/POLRESTABES PALEMBANG\/POLDA SUMATERA SELATAN tertanggal 8 Juli 2025, yang sebelumnya merupakan tindak lanjut dari pelimpahan penanganan perkara dari Polda Sumsel melalui laporan Nomor LP\/B\/982\/VII\/2025\/SPKT\/POLDA SUMATERA SELATAN tertanggal 21 Juli 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Pihak pelapor bersama tim kuasa hukumnya menyebut langkah pengaduan ke Propam Mabes Polri dan pengajuan pelimpahan perkara dilakukan karena menilai penanganan perkara belum menunjukkan perkembangan berarti sejak laporan pertama kali dibuat.<\/p>\n<p>Hasbi mengatakan, pihaknya masih mempertanyakan perkembangan penanganan perkara yang dilaporkannya dan berharap adanya kepastian hukum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerkara ini sudah berjalan cukup lama, hampir satu tahun. Namun hingga saat ini kami masih mempertanyakan perkembangan serta arah penanganannya. Kami berharap ada kepastian hukum dan proses ini dapat berjalan profesional, objektif, transparan, serta sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku,\u201d ujar Hasbi.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu kuasa hukum Hasbi, Muhammad Fadli, SH, didampingi Zaly Zainal, SH mengatakan pihaknya telah memberikan keterangan dan sejumlah bukti yang dinilai cukup untuk mendukung proses hukum lebih lanjut. Namun, menurutnya, progres penanganan perkara masih belum menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMenurut klien kami, penanganan perkara ini terkesan lamban bahkan berjalan di tempat. Sejak laporan dibuat hingga saat ini belum ada perkembangan yang dianggap memberikan kepastian hukum. Karena itu kami meminta perhatian institusi kepolisian agar penanganan perkara berjalan profesional, objektif, transparan, dan memberikan rasa keadilan bagi masyarakat,\u201d kata Muhammad Fadli, SH.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga berita ini diterbitkan, pihak Polrestabes Palembang belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait pengaduan yang disampaikan pelapor maupun permohonan pelimpahan perkara yang diajukan tim kuasa hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini menjadi perhatian karena menyangkut harapan masyarakat terhadap penegakan hukum yang profesional, transparan, serta memberikan kepastian hukum bagi seluruh pihak yang terlibat sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
