{"id":13945,"date":"2026-04-30T13:51:57","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T13:51:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=13945"},"modified":"2026-04-30T13:51:57","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T13:51:57","slug":"lahan-warga-desa-belani-rawas-ilir-muratara-seluas-104-hektar-diduga-diserobot-pt-lonsum-dan-pst-sr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/04\/30\/lahan-warga-desa-belani-rawas-ilir-muratara-seluas-104-hektar-diduga-diserobot-pt-lonsum-dan-pst-sr\/","title":{"rendered":"Lahan Warga Desa Belani, Rawas Ilir, Muratara Seluas 10,4 Hektar Diduga Diserobot PT Lonsum Dan PST SR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Palembang Sriwijayapertama.net &#8211;<\/strong> Kuasa Hukum Lahmudin gelar konferensi pers dengan awak media di Dunkin Donut Jalan Demang Lebar Daun Kecamatan Ilir Barat Satu Kota Palembang, Kamis (30\/4\/2026) terkait perkara sengketa kepemilikan tanah antara kliennya dengan PT London Sumatera (Lonsum) Indonesia Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>Tanah tersebut terletak di Desa Belani Kecamatan Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara (Muratara) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) dengan luas kurang lebih 10,4 (sepuluh koma empat) hektar.<\/p>\n<p>Kuasa hukum yang diberi kuasa oleh Lahmudin untuk menangani perkara ini yaitu Suwito Winoto SH MH, Desri Nago SH, Ricko Tampati SH dan Andy Nopiansyah SH. Mereka merupakan para advokat dari Kantor Hukum Suwito Winoto SH MH &amp; Rekan.<\/p>\n<p>Suwito Winoto mengatakan bahwa dalam sengketa tanah ini, pihaknya menilai bukan hanya sekedar keperdataan biasa melainkan mengandung indikasi kuat adanya tindakan penguasaan sepihak yang mengarah kepada perampasan hak atas tanah milik warga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Klien kami secara nyata telah menguasai, mengelola, dan memanfaatkan tanah tersebut sejak tahun 1978, secara terus-menerus, terbuka, dan tanpa gangguan, serta diakui oleh measyarakat sekitar sebagian pemilik yang sah,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Namun secara tiba-tiba muncul klaim dari pihak perusahaan yang menyatakan bahwa tanah tersebut termasuk dalam wilayah Hak Guna Usaha (HGU) PT Lonsum Indonesia Tbk tanpa disertai kejelasan batas, letak maupun bukti otentik yang sah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oleh karena itu klaim tersebut patut kita pertanyakan dan berpotensi menjadi bentuk penghilangan hak masyarakat secara sepihak,&#8221; ucapnya Suwito.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Suwito menegaskan bahwa tindakan tersebut tidak dapat dipandang sebagai konflik biasa, karena terdapat kecenderungan pengabaian terhadap fakta penguasaan fisik selama puluhan tahun oleh warga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Apabila dibiarkan akan menciptakan preseden berbahaya, di mana tanah yang telah lama dikelola masyarakat dapat sewaktu-waktu diambil alih dengan hanya melalui klaim administratif tanpa dasar hukum yang jelas,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya persoalan ini secara nyata bertransformasi menjadi isu perampasan hak yang akan mengancam kepastian hukum dan rasa keadilan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;kami mengingatkan apabila situasi ini tidak segera ditangani secara serus dan adil oleh Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda), maka potensi konflik terbuka sangat besar baik dalam bentuk gesekan horizontal di masyarakat maupun benturan dengan pihak perusahaan,&#8221; imbaunya Suwito.<\/p>\n<p>Konflik tersebut dapat mengganggu stabilitas keamanan dan ketertiban wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu pihaknya mendesak Pemda untuk segera mengambil langkah konkret untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu pihaknya juga meminta Pemda memfasilitasi untuk penyelesaian yang adil, melakukan verifikasi ulang terhadap klaim HGU menjamin tidak adanya penggusuran sepihak dan memastikan netralitas aparat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dalam hal ini, yang dipertaruhkan bukan hanya tanah, melainkan hak dasar warga negara atas perlindungan hukum, dan jika tidak ada tindakan nyata, kami siap menempuh langkah hukum lanjutan,&#8221; tegasnya Suwito.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Desri Nago SH salah satu kuasa hukum Lahmudin menambahkan bahwa pihaknya telah menyurati Pemerintah Kabupaten Muratara dan instansi terkait dan bahkan Pemerintah Pusat agar masalah ini cepat di selesaikan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Apabila permasalahan ini tidak ditangani serius oleh Pemda, maka potensi konflik terbuka sangat luas dan banyak masyarakat yang akan menjadi korban,&#8221; pesannya.<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir dia sampaikan bahwa pihaknya sudah memberi somasi kepada PT Lonsum dan PT Sele Raya, tapi tidak di resfon. Jika masalah tersebut terus berlanjut maka pihaknya akan terus menuntut keadilan dan menempuh jalur hukum baik itu secara perdata maupun pidana.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Akibat kejadian ini H Lamudin selaku korban banyak mengalami kerugian, mestinya kehadiran perusahanan di tengah masyarakat bisa membantu, bukan sebaliknya membuat mereka resah dan merugikan,&#8221; tutupnya Desri (Iin P).<\/p>\n<div
