Korban berinisial EA (45) diduga menjadi sasaran amuk warga setelah kedapatan berada di area perkebunan kopi milik masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan awal, pemilik kebun berinisial H (52) mendapati korban bersama seorang rekannya tengah memetik buah kopi secara ilegal. Situasi kemudian memicu emosi warga yang selanjutnya melakukan tindakan anarkis hingga menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia di tempat kejadian perkara.<\/p>\n<p>Merespons kejadian tersebut, personel gabungan dari Satreskrim Polres OKU Selatan dan Polsek Buay Runjung segera diterjunkan ke lokasi untuk mengamankan situasi serta melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara dan pengumpulan bukti.<\/p>\n<p>Kasat Reskrim Polres OKU Selatan AKP Aston L. Sinaga, S.H., M.H., menyatakan bahwa pihaknya saat ini fokus melakukan penyelidikan mendalam guna mengungkap para pelaku yang terlibat dalam aksi pengeroyokan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sangat menyayangkan terjadinya aksi main hakim sendiri ini. Meskipun peristiwa ini dipicu dugaan tindak pidana pencurian, tindakan kekerasan oleh massa tidak dapat dibenarkan. Saat ini kami tengah memeriksa sejumlah saksi dan mengumpulkan alat bukti untuk mengidentifikasi pelaku,\u201d ujar AKP Aston L. Sinaga.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menegaskan bahwa Polres OKU Selatan akan memproses perkara ini secara profesional, tegas, dan transparan sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami memastikan proses hukum berjalan sesuai prosedur. Tidak ada ruang bagi tindakan anarkis di tengah masyarakat. Semua permasalahan harus diselesaikan melalui jalur hukum,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain penegakan hukum, kepolisian juga telah melakukan langkah preventif melalui pendekatan kepada keluarga korban dan tokoh masyarakat setempat guna meredam potensi konflik lanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Kabid Humas Polda Sumatera Selatan Kombes Pol Nandang Mu\u2019min Wijaya, S.I.K., M.H., mengapresiasi kecepatan respons jajaran Polres OKU Selatan dalam menangani peristiwa tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami memastikan setiap penanganan perkara dilakukan secara profesional dan transparan. Kami juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk tidak bertindak sendiri dalam menghadapi dugaan tindak pidana, namun segera melaporkannya kepada kepolisian melalui layanan Call Center 110,\u201d ujar Kombes Pol Nandang Mu\u2019min Wijaya.<\/p>\n<p>Polda Sumatera Selatan menegaskan komitmennya dalam menjaga stabilitas keamanan serta memberikan kepastian hukum kepada masyarakat. Kepolisian mengajak seluruh warga untuk tetap tenang dan mempercayakan proses penanganan perkara kepada aparat penegak hukum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSudahkah Anda berbuat baik hari ini?
