Sebanyak 48 personel dari berbagai satuan menerima penghargaan atas kinerja luar biasa di bidang penegakan hukum, pengabdian internasional, pelayanan kemanusiaan, hingga prestasi olahraga.<\/p>\n<p>Apel dihadiri Wakapolda Sumatera Selatan Brigjen Pol Rony Samtana, S.I.K., M.T.C.P., Irwasda Polda Sumatera Selatan Kombes Pol Feri Handoko Soenarso, S.H., S.I.K., serta seluruh Pejabat Utama Polda Sumsel dan jajaran. Kegiatan berlangsung khidmat melalui rangkaian upacara, pembacaan keputusan, hingga arahan Kapolda.<\/p>\n<p>Penghargaan diberikan kepada tujuh kelompok personel berprestasi. Personel Ditreskrimsus diapresiasi atas keberhasilan mengungkap penyelewengan pupuk subsidi. Personel Ditpamobvit mendapat penghargaan atas penugasan internasional dalam Misi MONUSCO Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa di Republik Demokratik Kongo. Selain itu, personel Bidhumas, Polrestabes Palembang, Polres OKU Selatan, Polres Empat Lawang, serta atlet taekwondo Polda Sumsel juga menerima penghargaan atas capaian masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>Pemberian penghargaan ini merupakan bagian dari kebijakan Kapolda Sumsel yang menetapkan April hingga Juni sebagai bulan bakti dan prestasi kepolisian. Langkah ini sejalan dengan program Presisi Polri yang diinisiasi Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo dalam mendorong peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia Polri.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolda Sumatera Selatan Irjen Pol Dr. Sandi Nugroho, S.I.K., S.H., M.Hum. menegaskan bahwa apel penghargaan menjadi momentum penting dalam memperkuat komitmen dan soliditas personel. \u201cTugas kepolisian adalah amanah dan ladang pengabdian. Setiap pelaksanaan tugas harus dilandasi integritas, profesionalisme, dan tanggung jawab kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai bentuk apresiasi tambahan, Kapolda Sumsel memberikan kuota ibadah umrah secara pribadi kepada sepuluh personel yang akan diundi dari penerima penghargaan. Kebijakan ini mencerminkan perhatian pimpinan terhadap kesejahteraan dan motivasi personel.<\/p>\n<p>Kabid Humas Polda Sumatera Selatan Kombes Pol Nandang Mu\u2019min Wijaya, S.I.K., M.H. menyampaikan bahwa penghargaan ini menjadi motivasi bagi seluruh anggota. \u201cIni adalah bentuk nyata bahwa setiap prestasi dan pengabdian personel mendapat apresiasi dari institusi. Kami berharap hal ini mendorong semangat kerja yang lebih baik di seluruh jajaran,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Polda Sumatera Selatan menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus membangun budaya kerja berprestasi dan profesional sebagai bagian dari pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat serta penguatan institusi Polri yang Presisi.
