{"id":12472,"date":"2026-03-13T10:11:41","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T10:11:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=12472"},"modified":"2026-03-13T10:11:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T10:11:41","slug":"kejari-banyuasin-ciduk-kades-sembokor-diduga-korup-dana-desa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/03\/13\/kejari-banyuasin-ciduk-kades-sembokor-diduga-korup-dana-desa\/","title":{"rendered":"Kejari Banyuasin Ciduk Kades Sembokor Diduga Korup Dana Desa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Banyuasin,Sriwijayapertama.net &#8212;<\/strong> Giovani Selaku Tim Penyidik Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri Banyuasin menetapkan Kepala Desa Sebokor, Kecamatan Air Kumbang berinisial \u201cA\u201d sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengelolaan Dana Desa Tahun Anggaran 2021 hingga 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Negeri Banyuasin, Giovani, SH., MH, mengatakan penetapan tersangka dilakukan setelah tim penyidik memperoleh minimal dua alat bukti yang cukup sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Penetapan tersangka dilakukan pada Jumat (13\/3\/2026) setelah tim penyidik melakukan pemeriksaan serta mengantongi bukti yang cukup terkait dugaan penyimpangan anggaran desa tersebut. Saat ini, tersangka yang diketahui masih aktif menjabat sebagai Kepala Desa Sebokor dan telah memimpin selama 2 periode langsung dilakukan penahanan.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, yang bersangkutan langsung dilakukan penahanan dilapas Kelas IIA Banyuasin selama 20 hari ke depan, terhitung sejak 13 Maret 2026 hingga 30 Maret 2026 berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan Nomor PRINT-412\/L.6.19\/Fd.2\/03\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBerdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, tim penyidik telah menetapkan saksi berinisial \u2018A\u2019 menjadi tersangka dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengelolaan Dana Desa Sebokor Tahun Anggaran 2021 sampai dengan 2024,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12474\" src=\"http:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260313-WA0323-400x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260313-WA0323-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260313-WA0323-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260313-WA0323-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260313-WA0323-250x140.jpg 250w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/IMG-20260313-WA0323.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, tersangka diketahui menjabat sebagai Kepala Desa Sebokor sejak tahun 2014 hingga sekarang. Dalam perkara ini, tersangka disangkakan melanggar Pasal 603 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001, serta pasal subsidair Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi.<\/p>\n<p>Penyidik menduga tersangka melakukan penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa. Modus yang digunakan antara lain adanya kegiatan yang tidak dilaksanakan (Fiktif) serta pembangunan yang volumenya tidak sesuai (Mark Up) dengan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).<\/p>\n<p>Akibat perbuatan tersebut, negara diduga mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp418.101.506,65 berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari hasil pemeriksaan, tersangka juga telah melakukan pengembalian uang sebesar Rp50 juta yang nantinya akan disetorkan ke kas negara,\u201d jelas Giovani.<\/p>\n<p>Kejaksaan Negeri Banyuasin menegaskan penyidikan perkara ini masih terus
