{"id":12256,"date":"2026-03-05T13:06:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T13:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=12256"},"modified":"2026-03-05T14:14:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T14:14:20","slug":"subdit-jatanras-polda-sumsel-ringkus-pelaku-curas-berantai-9-kasus-terbongkar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/03\/05\/subdit-jatanras-polda-sumsel-ringkus-pelaku-curas-berantai-9-kasus-terbongkar\/","title":{"rendered":"Subdit Jatanras Polda Sumsel Ringkus Pelaku Curas Berantai, 9 Kasus Terbongkar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sriwijayapertama.net Palembang \u2014<\/strong> Tim Unit 4 Subdit III Jatanras Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Sumatera Selatan berhasil menangkap seorang residivis berinisial YR (33) yang diduga menjadi pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan (curas) berantai di Kota Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>Tersangka diduga terlibat dalam sembilan aksi kejahatan dengan modus serupa, yakni berpura-pura meminta tumpangan kepada korban sebelum akhirnya merampas kendaraan bermotor milik mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu aksi yang dilaporkan terjadi pada Minggu, 18 Januari 2026 sekitar pukul 18.00 WIB, di Jalan Mayor Zen, Kelurahan Sei Selincah, Kecamatan Kalidoni, Kota Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>Korban dalam peristiwa tersebut adalah DS (16), seorang pelajar, yang saat itu sedang mengendarai sepeda motor menuju rumahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaku menghentikan korban di tengah perjalanan dan meminta untuk diantarkan ke suatu lokasi. Korban sempat menolak, namun tersangka memaksa hingga akhirnya korban menuruti permintaan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Sesampainya di lokasi, tersangka kemudian meminta secara paksa kunci sepeda motor yang berada di pinggang korban sambil melontarkan ancaman verbal.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah itu, pelaku menitipkan sebuah telepon genggam kepada korban dengan alasan untuk menerima panggilan telepon, sebelum akhirnya melarikan diri membawa kabur sepeda motor Honda tahun 2023 dengan nomor polisi BG-4005-AEI milik korban.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan laporan polisi yang diterima, penyidik Subdit III Jatanras segera melakukan penyelidikan intensif.<\/p>\n<p>Ps. Kasubdit III Jatanras AKBP Muhammad Sofwan Rosyidi, S.I.K., M.H. memerintahkan Kanit 4 AKP Taufik Ismail, S.H., M.H. bersama tim opsnal untuk melacak keberadaan tersangka.<\/p>\n<p>Hasil penyelidikan mengarah pada keberadaan pelaku di kawasan Sekojo, Kota Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>Tim kemudian bergerak cepat dan berhasil menangkap tersangka tanpa perlawanan berarti.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pemeriksaan awal, tersangka mengakui perbuatannya dan mengungkap bahwa modus serupa telah dilakukan terhadap delapan korban lainnya di berbagai lokasi berbeda di Kota Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>Dari hasil penelusuran penyidik, YR diketahui merupakan residivis yang sebelumnya pernah terlibat dalam sejumlah perkara pidana.<\/p>\n<p>Catatan hukum tersangka antara lain yaitu Tahun 2019 kasus penipuan dan Tahun 2023: kasus penggelapan.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan pengungkapan kasus terbaru ini, tersangka diduga terlibat dalam total sembilan tindak kejahatan yang terjadi di wilayah Kota Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam penangkapan tersebut, penyidik turut mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti, antara lain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 unit telepon genggam merek Vivo<\/li>\n<li>1 helai kaos warna coklat merek Quicksilver<\/li>\n<li>1 buah topi warna hitam merek NYC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seluruh barang bukti telah diamankan sebagai bagian dari proses pembuktian dalam penyidikan.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 479 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) terkait tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini tersangka telah ditahan di Rumah Tahanan Direktorat Tahanan dan Barang Bukti (Dittahti) Polda Sumsel untuk menjalani proses hukum lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Kabid Humas Polda Sumatera Selatan Kombes Pol Nandang Mu\u2019min Wijaya, S.I.K., M.H. menegaskan bahwa pengungkapan kasus ini merupakan bentuk komitmen kepolisian dalam menjaga keamanan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolda Sumsel tidak akan memberi ruang bagi pelaku kejahatan jalanan yang meresahkan masyarakat. Tersangka ini merupakan residivis yang kembali mengulangi perbuatannya, sehingga penindakan tegas dan proses hukum yang konsisten menjadi langkah yang harus dilakukan,\u201d ujar Kombes Pol Nandang.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga mengajak masyarakat untuk aktif berperan dalam menjaga keamanan lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami mengimbau masyarakat agar segera melaporkan kepada kepolisian apabila mengetahui atau mengalami tindak kejahatan serupa. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat penting untuk menciptakan situasi kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif di Sumatera Selatan,\u201d tutupnya Nandang (Ril\/Iin F).<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
