{"id":12087,"date":"2026-02-24T18:36:59","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T18:36:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=12087"},"modified":"2026-02-24T18:36:59","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T18:36:59","slug":"belum-ada-putusan-ingkrah-akses-jalan-perumahan-najua-residen-ii-di-kelurahan-16-ulu-ditutup-sepihak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/02\/24\/belum-ada-putusan-ingkrah-akses-jalan-perumahan-najua-residen-ii-di-kelurahan-16-ulu-ditutup-sepihak\/","title":{"rendered":"Belum Ada Putusan Ingkrah, Akses Jalan Perumahan Najua Residen II di Kelurahan 16 Ulu Ditutup Sepihak"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sriwijayapertama.net Palembang &#8211;<\/strong> Terkait adanya konflik sengketa tanah antara pemilik tanah dengan depelover, akses utama keluar masuknya jalan komplek Najua Residen II yang berlokasi di Jalan LH Balqi RT 07 RW 02 Kelurahan 16 Ulu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Dua Kota Palembang hanya bisa digunakan untuk pejalan kaki.<\/p>\n<p>Saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (24\/2\/2026) warga penghuni komplek perumahan tersebut mendapatkan ancaman, bahwa jalan akses keluar masuknya komplek perumahan akan ditutup secara permanen oleh pihak pemilik tanah apabila tuntutannya tidak dipenuhi oleh depelover dalam 2 (dua) Minggu kedepan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12088\" src=\"http:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_2026-02-25-01-25-00-73_99c04817c0de5652397fc8b56c3b3817-400x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_2026-02-25-01-25-00-73_99c04817c0de5652397fc8b56c3b3817-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_2026-02-25-01-25-00-73_99c04817c0de5652397fc8b56c3b3817-250x140.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dalam hal ini, salah satu Warga Komplek, Rizardi Okta Nugraha, mengatakan bahwa warga komplek perumahan Najua Residen II, sangat terganggu adanya penutupan sepihak oleh pemilik tanah tanpa memikirkan warga, karena sebagian sudah ada yang lunas atas pembelian rumah tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Konflik ini masalah antara pemilik tanah dengan depelover, tapi kenapa kami yang dilibatkan dengan menutup akses utama keluar masuknya komplek sehingga kendaraan mobilnya yang digunakan untuk usaha tidak bisa keluar dan kami ada orang tua, kalau sakit tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia beberkan bahwa pada saat penutupan komplek perumahan Najua Residen II oleh orang suruhan pihak pemilik tanah, terlihat anarkis dan mengancam akan menutup secara permanen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Permasalahan antara pemilik tanah dengan depelover sebenarnya bukan urusan kami, itu urusan mereka, kenapa jalan ditutup. Jika terkait dengan ancaman tersebut dilakukan oleh pemilik tanah, maka kami tidak bisa melakukan apa-apa terutama pada saat kami mau makan, minum dan lainnya, karena tidak bisa keluar dari komplek,&#8221; ujarnya Rizardi.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Rizardi terangkan bahwa dalam perkara konflik ini, putusan pengadilan NO, artinya sama-sama kuat, sehingga para aparat setempat seperti Babinsa, Bhabinkamtibmas dan Lurah Kelurahan 16 Ulu hanya bisa menyaksikan saja.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dalam pertemuan kami dengan aparat setempat, mereka mengusulkan kepada kami agar melakukan somasi, tetapi dalam konflik ini tidak ada hubungannya dengan kami, karena kami disini menjadi korban dan apapun yang kami lakukan takutnya melanggar hukum,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut dia mewakili warga berharap kendaraan mobil yang ada di komplek bisa keluar masuk agar bisa beraktivitas seperti biasanya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kepada pemerintah Kota Palembang, khususnya Walikota agar turun tangan untuk menengahi permasalahan yang ada di Komplek Perumahan Najua Residen II ini, sehingga kami bisa beraktivitas seperti biasanya. Kami menganggap tidak manusiawi, jika akses jalan ditutup secara permanen,&#8221; ungkapnya Rizardi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12089\" src=\"http:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_2026-02-25-01-25-18-69_99c04817c0de5652397fc8b56c3b3817-400x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_2026-02-25-01-25-18-69_99c04817c0de5652397fc8b56c3b3817-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot_2026-02-25-01-25-18-69_99c04817c0de5652397fc8b56c3b3817-250x140.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sementara Lurah 16 Ulu, Kgs Syahri Ramadhon SH MH, menanggapi permasalahan tersebut saat diwawancara oleh para awak media di Ruang Kerjanya Kantor Lurah 16 Ulu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Dua Kota Palembang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penutupan akses jalan perumahan tersebut terjadi beberapa waktu yang lalu, karena adanya kesalahpahaman antara pemilik tanah dengan depelover,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya pihaknya telah menerima warga komplek perumahan tersebut yang menyampaikan laporan terkait akan adanya penutupan jalan. Pada saat penutupan jalan tersebut, pihaknya ada dilokasi.<\/p>\n<p>Konflik tersebut terjadi antara pemilik tanah dengan depelover dan warga komplek yang sudah menghuni perumahan tersebut menjadi korban.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Harapan kita sebagai Pemerintah Kelurahan 16 Ulu, masing-masing pihak yang sedang konflik segera menyelesaikan permasalahannya dengan damai, agar hak warga komplek selaku pembeli, bisa terpenuhi,&#8221; harapnya Syahri.<\/p>\n<p>Selan itu Syahri jelaskan bahwa karena konflik yang terjadi antara pemilik tanah dengan depelover belum ada keputusan yang inkrah dari pengadilan, tentunya belum bisa melakukan penutupan jalan, apalagi baru sepihak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita berharap kedua belah pihak yang bersengketa bisa damai, karena rumah di komplek tersebut sudah ada yang lunas dalam pembeliannya, sehingga hal mereka terabaikan&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mewakili pemerintah dalam hal untuk melindungi warga yang menjadi korban dalam konflik ini, kami melakukan pendekatan dengan persuasif. Setidaknya kami bersama Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas hadir jangan sampai terjadinya anarkis,&#8221; tutupnya Syahri (Iin F).<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_12087\"
