Catatan ini menegaskan komitmen perusahaan memperkuat budaya keselamatan kerja di seluruh wilayah operasi.<\/p>\n<p>LTI adalah cedera akibat kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan pekerja tidak bisa melaksanakan pekerjaannya selama satu hari kerja atau lebih setelah kejadian. Indikator ini menjadi acuan utama kinerja keselamatan kerja karena mencerminkan tingkat risiko operasional dan efektivitas penerapan sistem Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Keberhasilan operasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pencapaian produksi, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan menjaga seluruh pekerja kembali ke keluarga dalam keadaan selamat,&#8221; kata General Manager PEP Zona 4 Djudjuwanto dalam puncak peringatan Bulan K3 PEP Zona 4 di Prabumulih, Kamis (12\/2).<\/p>\n<p>Hingga 31 Desember 2025, PEP Zona 4 mencatat 84.886.219 safe manhours dengan Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) 0,06. Capaian tersebut mencerminkan konsistensi penerapan HSSE di seluruh wilayah operasi.<\/p>\n<p>PEP Zona 4 berhasil menjaga keselamatan kerja seiring upaya peningkatan produksi minyak dan gas (migas). Produksi minyak di Zona 4 pada 2025 mencapai 27.642 barel per hari (BOPD), meningkat 6,6 persen dibanding 2024. Adapun produksi gas tercatat 530,9 juta kaki kubik standar per hari (MMSCFD).<\/p>\n<p>Djudjuwanto menyampaikan pencapaian ini merupakan hasil implementasi konsisten Program 3P (People, Plant, and Procedure) dalam pengendalian risiko operasional dan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Komitmen ini diharapkan bisa menjaga operasional migas tetap aman seiring upaya mewujudkan ketahanan energi nasional.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Keselamatan bukan sekadar persoalan prosedur, melainkan budaya yang dijaga oleh seluruh elemen di Pertamina,&#8221; ucap Djudjuwanto.<\/p>\n<p>PEP Zona 4 menjadikan peringatan Bulan K3 tahun ini sebagai refleksi sekaligus penegasan komitmen terhadap<br \/>\nkeselamatan kerja di seluruh wilayah operasi. Gelaran ini mengusung tema \u201cMembangun Ekosistem Pengelolaan K3 Nasional yang Profesional, Andal, &amp; Kolaboratif\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu inti acara dari kegiatan tersebut adalah penandatanganan Komitmen HSSE Zona 4 oleh jajaran manajemen untuk menegaskan keselamatan merupakan nilai utama<br \/>\nperusahaan dan tidak dapat ditawar.<\/p>\n<p>Puncak peringatan Bulan K3 PEP Zona 4 dihadiri oleh Senior Vice President HSSE PT Pertamina (Persero) Wenny Ipmawan dan Vice President HSSE PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Defrinaldo.***<\/p>\n<p>*Tentang PHR Regional Sumatra Zona 4*<br \/>\nPHR Regional Sumatra Zona 4, Subholding Upstream Pertamina, mengoperasikan tujuh wilayah kerja Pertamina EP (PEP) dan Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), yaitu PEP Prabumulih Field, PEP Limau Field, PEP Adera Field, PEP Pendopo Field, PEP Ramba Field, PHE Ogan Komering, dan PHE Raja Tempirai.<\/p>\n<p>Wilayah-wilayah kerja itu tersebar di dua kota, Prabumulih dan Palembang, serta sembilan kabupaten,
