Laporan tersebut disampaikan kepada sejumlah instansi terkait dan disertai permintaan agar dilakukan audit khusus.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam surat resmi bernomor 945\/AL LSM-NE\/LP\/BA\/SS\/2026 tertanggal 3 Februari 2026, LSM-NE menyebut adanya dugaan mark up dan praktik KKN pada sejumlah item penggunaan Dana BOS. Surat tersebut ditujukan kepada Bupati Banyuasin, DPRD Banyuasin, Inspektorat, Dinas Pendidikan, Kejaksaan Negeri Banyuasin, Polres Banyuasin cq Tipikor, serta instansi terkait lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua Umum LSM-NE Banyuasin menyampaikan, laporan tersebut merupakan hasil kontrol sosial dan investigasi lapangan, termasuk upaya klarifikasi yang disebut mengalami hambatan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami beberapa kali mencoba melakukan klarifikasi langsung ke pihak sekolah, namun kepala sekolah disebut sulit ditemui dan terkesan menghindari pertemuan dengan media serta LSM,\u201d tulis LSM-NE dalam laporannya.<\/p>\n<p>Rincian Dugaan Anggaran<\/p>\n<p>Dalam surat tersebut, LSM-NE merinci sejumlah kegiatan yang diduga perlu diaudit secara khusus, di antaranya:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dengan total anggaran sekitar Rp457 juta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler sekitar Rp157 juta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pengembangan perpustakaan dengan nilai sekitar Rp239 juta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Administrasi kegiatan sekolah sekitar Rp62 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Pembayaran honorarium sekitar Rp76 juta.<br \/>\nPenerimaan siswa baru sekitar Rp6,7 juta.<br \/>\nLangganan daya dan jasa sekitar Rp11,7 juta.<\/p>\n<p>LSM-NE juga menyoroti total penerimaan Dana BOS yang disebut mencapai sekitar Rp1,1 miliar per tahun, dengan jumlah siswa kurang lebih 1.010 orang dalam rentang tahun tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Tuntutan Audit dan Transparansi<br \/>\nLSM-NE meminta agar instansi terkait segera melakukan evaluasi dan audit secara terbuka serta transparan. Mereka menegaskan tidak bermaksud menghakimi, namun mendorong penegakan aturan jika ditemukan pelanggaran.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApabila ditemukan adanya unsur pidana korupsi yang merugikan negara atau masyarakat, kami meminta agar diproses sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku,\u201d lanjut isi surat tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Menunggu Klarifikasi<\/p>\n<p>Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak SMP Negeri 1 Sembawa belum memberikan tanggapan resmi terkait laporan tersebut. Upaya konfirmasi kepada pihak sekolah dan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyuasin masih terus dilakukan untuk memperoleh keterangan berimbang.<\/p>\n<p>editor ; ida<\/p>\n<div
