{"id":11740,"date":"2026-02-07T23:48:18","date_gmt":"2026-02-07T23:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=11740"},"modified":"2026-02-07T23:48:18","modified_gmt":"2026-02-07T23:48:18","slug":"pt-brse-klaim-kerugian-rp-83-juta-padahal-setetes-minyak-belum-pernah-ada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/02\/07\/pt-brse-klaim-kerugian-rp-83-juta-padahal-setetes-minyak-belum-pernah-ada\/","title":{"rendered":"PT BRSE Klaim Kerugian Rp 83 Juta, Padahal Setetes Minyak Belum Pernah Ada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sriwijayapertama.net<\/strong> |Lahat, Sumsel \u2013 Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Lahat, Polda Sumatera Selatan resmi menerima laporan dugaan tindak pidana penyesatan proses peradilan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 278 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.<\/p>\n<p>Laporan tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Tanda Penerimaan Laporan (STPL) Nomor: LP\/B\/65\/II\/2026\/SPKT\/Polres Lahat\/Polda Sumatera Selatan, yang dibuat dan ditandatangani pada Sabtu, 7 Februari 2026, sekitar pukul 15.04 WIB, bertempat di kantor Polres Lahat.<\/p>\n<p>Pelapor dalam perkara tersebut bernama Muhammad Sundan Wijaya Bahari salah satu Koordinator Gerakan Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Lahat (GEMAPELA) sekaligus sebagai Kuasa Pelapor Khairul Anwar, berkewarganegaraan Indonesia (WNI), jenis kelamin laki-laki, agama islam dan berdomisili di Kabupaten Lahat.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam laporannya, pelapor menyampaikan dugaan terjadinya tindak pidana penyesatan proses peradilan yang diduga berkaitan dengan perkara atas nama PT Bukit Apit Ramok Senabing Energy.<br \/>\nPeristiwa diduga terjadi di wilayah Bandar Jaya, Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan, pada 29 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Disebutkan bahwa, pelaporan berkaitan dengan dugaan penyampaian laporan oleh pihak PT Bukit Apit Ramok Senabing Energy terhadap Khairul Anwar, yang berstatus sebagai korban.<\/p>\n<p>Khairul Anwar diketahui saat ini sedang menjalani penahanan di Lapas Kelas IIA Kabupaten Lahat sejak 3 Februari 2026 atas pelimpahan dari Kejati Sumsel kepada Kejari Lahat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami menyatakan keberatan atas tuduhan yang dialamatkan kepada Khairul Anwar, karena yang bersangkutan mengelola lahan di atas tanah hak milik,&#8221; ujar Sundan dihadapan beberapa awak media pada Sabtu (06\/02\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut didukung dengan sejumlah dokumen, antara lain Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) Nomor 364, Surat Ukur tertanggal 1 September 1992 Nomor 396\/1992 dengan luas lahan 12.105 meter persegi atas nama Sujarwanto bin Sukur, serta bukti pembayaran PBB P2 tahun 2025 dan surat keterangan pendaftaran tanah.<\/p>\n<p>Atas kejadian tersebut, pelapor secara resmi melaporkannya ke SPKT Polres Lahat untuk ditindaklanjuti sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Surat Tanda Terima Laporan ditandatangani oleh pelapor dalam hal ini Muhammad Sundan Wijaya Bahari serta diketahui oleh Pamapta II Polres Lahat atas nama Kepala SPKT Resor Lahat, Ipda Bambang Budiman, SH.<\/p>\n<p>Polres Lahat menyatakan bahwa perkembangan penanganan perkara dapat dipantau melalui sistem layanan resmi kepolisian.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami menuntut Polres Lahat untuk menindaklanjuti laporan ini sama seperti Polres Lahat menerima dan memproses laporan PT BRSE yang membuat Khairul Anwar di tahan,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Sundan juga menyampaikan jika 3&#215;24 Jam belum ada tindak lanjut terkait laporannya, maka ia akan menuntut Kapolda Sumsel untuk segera mencopot Kapolres Lahat dan Penyidik Unit Pidsus yang diduga telah menerima Laporan Pesanan dari PT Bukitapit Ramok Senabing Energy untuk mengkriminalisasi saudara Khairul Anwar.<\/p>\n<p>Apalagi PT BRSE telah mengklaim mengalami kerugian kurang lebih sebesar 83 Juta, padahal faktanya satu tetespun belum ada minyak keluar dari lahan yang diklaim sebagai Wilayah Kerja Pertambangan Eksplorasi dan Eksploitasi PT BRSE.<\/p>\n<p>Sundan mengingatkan bahwa, dalam memproses pemidanaan terhadap seseorang maka alat bukti harus terang benderang (in criminalibus probationes bedent esse luce clariores). Artinya, bukti harus jelas, sah dan meyakinkan untuk mencari kebenaran materil.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Asas ini menuntut bukti harus lebih terang dari cahaya untuk menghilangkan keraguan sebelum merampas kemerdekaan seseorang. Jika bukti meragukan, maka hukum lebih mengutamakan pembebasan daripada menghukum yang tidak bersalah,&#8221; tutup pembicaraan Sundan.<\/p>\n<p>(CH)<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
