Pelaksanaan operasi tersebut diawali dengan Apel Gelar Pasukan di halaman Mapolres Gresik, Senin (2\/2\/2026) pagi.<\/p>\n<p>Apel dipimpin oleh Wakapolres Gresik Kompol Shabda Purusha, mewakili Kapolres Gresik. Kegiatan ini diikuti personel gabungan lintas sektoral yang terdiri dari unsur TNI (Kodim 0817, Denpom, Garnisun), Polri, Satpol PP, serta Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Gresik.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam amanatnya, Kompol Shabda Purusha menegaskan bahwa Operasi Keselamatan Semeru bukan sekadar agenda rutin, melainkan langkah strategis untuk menekan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas yang masih tergolong tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data tahun 2025, tercatat 531 kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas di wilayah hukum Jawa Timur dengan 10 korban meninggal dunia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTingginya angka kecelakaan ini berkorelasi dengan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam berlalu lintas. Perilaku pengendara yang tidak disiplin menjadi faktor dominan penyebab fatalitas kecelakaan,\u201d ujarnya saat membacakan amanat Kapolda Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p>Operasi Keselamatan Semeru 2026 akan berlangsung selama 14 hari, terhitung mulai 2 hingga 15 Februari 2026, dengan melibatkan 5.020 personel gabungan di seluruh wilayah Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-11612\" src=\"http:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260202-WA00651-400x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260202-WA00651-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/IMG-20260202-WA00651-250x140.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Operasi ini mengusung tema:<br \/>\n\u201cTerwujudnya Kamseltibcarlantas yang Aman, Nyaman, dan Selamat Menjelang Pelaksanaan Operasi Ketupat Semeru 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tiga strategi utama menjadi fokus pelaksanaan operasi, yakni:<br \/>\n* Preemtif, melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat serta pengusaha otobus (PO) terkait manajemen keselamatan berlalu lintas.<br \/>\n* Preventif, dengan pelaksanaan ramp check kendaraan serta tes urine bagi pengemudi di terminal untuk memastikan kelayakan kendaraan dan pengemudi bebas dari pengaruh alkohol maupun narkoba.<br \/>\n* Represif, berupa penegakan hukum berbasis teknologi Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (E-TLE) dan penindakan selektif terhadap pelanggaran kasat mata seperti penggunaan knalpot tidak standar (brong), melawan arus, tidak menggunakan helm SNI, serta kendaraan Over Dimension Over Loading (ODOL).<\/p>\n<p>Menutup arahannya, Wakapolres Gresik menekankan kepada seluruh personel agar selalu mengedepankan keselamatan masyarakat, profesionalisme, serta etika dalam bertugas. Ia juga mengingatkan pentingnya kewaspadaan terhadap potensi bencana alam akibat kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu dan berpotensi mengganggu arus lalu lintas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKeberhasilan operasi ini sangat bergantung pada sinergi dan soliditas seluruh unsur, baik TNI, Polri, maupun pemerintah daerah. Laksanakan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan niatkan sebagai ibadah,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Usai apel, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan foto bersama serta Latihan Pra Operasi (Latpraops) guna memantapkan kesiapan teknis dan taktis personel dalam pelaksanaan Operasi Keselamatan Semeru 2026 di lapangan.(SL)<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_11610\" class=\"pvc_stats
