{"id":11440,"date":"2026-01-30T04:46:30","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T04:46:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=11440"},"modified":"2026-01-30T04:46:30","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T04:46:30","slug":"gemapela-laporan-pt-brse-dinilai-sangat-keji-tidak-mencerminkan-kso-perusahaan-bumn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/01\/30\/gemapela-laporan-pt-brse-dinilai-sangat-keji-tidak-mencerminkan-kso-perusahaan-bumn\/","title":{"rendered":"GEMAPELA: Laporan PT BRSE Dinilai Sangat Keji, Tidak Mencerminkan KSO Perusahaan BUMN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sriwijayapertama.net |Jakarta \u2014<\/strong> Puluhan Mahasiswa dan Pemuda yang tergabung dalam Gerakan Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Lahat (GEMAPELA) menggelar aksi demonstrasi di depan Gedung Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Rabu (28\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Aksi dilakukan sebagai bentuk protes atas dugaan klaim sepihak hak atas tanah oleh KSO PT Pertamina EP, yakni PT Bukitapit Ramok Senabing Energy (PT BRSE) yang berujung kriminalisasi terhadap seorang warga Kabupaten Lahat.<\/p>\n<p>Aksi tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh klaim PT BRSE terhadap sebidang tanah milik Sujarwanto yang hingga kini masih berstatus Hak Milik (SHM).<\/p>\n<p>Persoalan mencuat setelah adanya aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh Khairul Anwar di atas lahan tersebut, kemudian diklaim oleh PT BRSE sebagai bagian dari wilayah kerja pertambangan mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Dipertegas, berdasarkan keterangan Kantor Pertanahan (BPN) Kabupaten Lahat, tanah tersebut belum terdapat peralihan hak atau pembebasan lahan oleh pihak manapun termasuk kontraktor dan secara hukum masih sah berstatus SHM.<\/p>\n<p>Artinya, dengan melaporkan Khairul Anwar ke Polres Lahat seolah-olah PT BRSE telah menjadi pemilik penuh atas tanah tersebut, yang berujung pada penetapan status tersangka hingga terjadinya penahanan Khairul Anwar di Polda Sumatera Selatan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam aksi demonstrasi, massa GEMAPELA menyampaikan orasi secara bergantian dan menuntut kejelasan hukum atas status lahan serta mendesak SKK Migas untuk melakukan penghentian Kontrak Kerja Sama kepada Kontraktor yang telah mengkriminalkan warga tanpa dasar yang jelas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lahan yang dikelola oleh Khairul Anwar belum melalui proses penyelesaian hak atas tanah oleh kontraktor. Maka dari itu, laporan yang dibuat oleh PT Bukitapit Ramok Senabing Energy dinilai sangat keji dan tidak mencerminkan selaku KSO Perusahaan dari BUMN,&#8221; ujar koordinator aksi Anugra Dwi Putra.<\/p>\n<p>Aksi sempat memanas diwarnai dorong-mendorong antara massa GEMAPELA dengan aparat keamanan yang berjaga di sekitar lokasi.<\/p>\n<p>Namun akhirnya, massa aksi diterima oleh Kepala Divisi Program dan Komunikasi SKK Migas, Heru Setyadi bersama perwakilan dari Divisi Hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Heru Setyadi mengatakan bahwa, SKK Migas akan menindaklanjuti aspirasi yang disampaikan oleh massa GEMAPELA.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menegaskan SKK Migas akan memanggil PT Pertamina EP selaku Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) untuk dilakukan klarifikasi secara terbuka. Selain itu, SKK Migas juga akan mempertemukan pihak KKKS dengan perwakilan GEMAPELA dalam sebuah pertemuan resmi yang dijadwalkan pada Senin, 02 Februari 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan bahwa, SKK Migas akan memastikan seluruh proses pengelolaan wilayah kerja Migas berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, khususnya terkait penyelesaian hak atas tanah sebelum dilakukannya aktivitas operasional di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, GEMAPELA secara tegas mendesak Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Sumatera Selatan untuk segera menerbitkan SP3 atas laporan PT Bukitapit Ramok Senabing Energy karena dinilai tidak memiliki dasar hukum yang sah dan sarat cacat prosedur.<\/p>\n<p>(CH)<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_11440\"
