Keselamatan tidak bisa ditawar dan harus menjadi pijakan setiap keputusan operasi. Saya berharap kinerja Zona 4 terus meningkat pada 2026,\u201d tegas Arifin.<\/p>\n<p>Sepanjang 2025, Zona 4 membukukan produksi minyak 27.643 barel per hari (BOPD). Capaian ini ditopang strategi pengembangan yang terukur, kolaborasi tim subsurface yang kuat, serta optimalisasi program pengeboran dan well intervention (WO &amp; WI) dengan penerapan standar Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) secara konsisten.<\/p>\n<p>Arifin menekankan seluruh pekerjaan wajib diawali risk assessment menyeluruh dan hanya dieksekusi ketika aspek keselamatan terpenuhi. Ia mendorong agar praktik keselamatan dan kinerja Zona 4 menjadi rujukan di wilayah kerja PHR lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, General Manager PEP Zona 4, Djudjuwanto, menyatakan arahan pimpinan memperkuat budaya keselamatan di seluruh lini operasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTidak ada target produksi yang lebih penting dari keselamatan. Zero accident adalah komitmen bersama, bukan kebetulan. Kinerja berkelanjutan hanya tercapai ketika setiap insan PEP bekerja dan pulang dengan selamat,\u201d ujar Djudjuwanto.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menegaskan, seluruh insan PEP Zona 4 berkomitmen menjaga konsistensi
