{"id":10946,"date":"2026-01-05T10:03:23","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T10:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/?p=10946"},"modified":"2026-01-05T10:03:23","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T10:03:23","slug":"lf-mahasiswi-fh-ump-dilaporkan-ke-polda-sumsel-atas-pencemaran-nama-baik-dosennya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sriwijayapertama.net\/index.php\/2026\/01\/05\/lf-mahasiswi-fh-ump-dilaporkan-ke-polda-sumsel-atas-pencemaran-nama-baik-dosennya\/","title":{"rendered":"LF, Mahasiswi FH UMP Dilaporkan Ke Polda Sumsel Atas Pencemaran Nama Baik Dosennya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Palembang.sriwijayapertama.net &#8211;<\/strong> Terkait dengan beredarnya pemberitaan ada oknum dosen\u00a0 FH UMP yang diduga melakukan Pelecehan seksual terhadap mahasiswinya, dibantah keras\u00a0 dan merupakan fitnah.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh HM yang merupakan seorang dosen tersebut saat dikonfirmasi oleh beberapa awak media online di kantor hukum Dr Husnul Mulkan SH MH &amp; Partner Jalan Musi Enam Perumahan Way Hitam Kecamatan Ilir Barat Satu Kota Palembang, Senin (5\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Terkait dengan fitnah tersebut, kami sudah membuat Laporan Polisi (LP) dengan Nomor : LP\/B\/1812\/XII\/2025\/SPKT\/ Polda Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) pada, Senin (29\/11\/2025) satu Minggu yang lalu,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia sampaikan bahwa berdasarkan LP tersebut\u00a0 seorang mahasiswi atas nama dengan inisial LF dilaporkan dalam dugaan pencemaran nama baik oleh MRD yang diberi kuasa oleh HM untuk melaporkan ke Polda Sumsel.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Peristiwa adanya pencemaran nama baik karena dituduh melakukan Pelecehan seksual tersebut, bermula saat LF bersama rekannya datang ke Kantor Hukum Dr Husnul Mulkan &amp; Partner, Rabu (10\/12\/2025) untuk mengumpulkan tugas kuliah berupa makalah dan tidak diterima oleh staf kantor, karena saya sedang tidak berada di kantor,&#8221; ujarnya HM<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lanjut HM beberkan bahwa Kesokan harinya, Kamis (11\/12) sekira Pukul 12.00 kurang, LF bersama rekannya 2 (dua) orang datang kembali ke kantor untuk mengumpulkan makalah tersebut, dan karena pada saat itu lagi ramai, mereka langsung masuk ke ruangan tengah yang digunakan sebagai ruang rapat, tanpa mengisi buku tamu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Pada saat itu, di ruang rapat tersebut lagi ramai advokat antara lain ada Sagito SH MH, Subrata SH MH, Media Rama Doni SH MH, Ardiansyah SH, M Ricko Prateja SH dan\u00a0 serta admin kantor diantaranya Syahdilla Nuriah SH, Sinta Lidia Sari SH, Liani Sahni SSi,&#8221; bebernya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Selain itu juga ada beberapa pelamar yang sedang melamar di Kantor Hukum Dr Husnul Mulkan dan Partner. Pada saat itu juga ada salah seorang pelamar sedang mengikuti tes wawancara di ruang tengah tersebut,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lanjut HM terangkan bahwa mahasiswi atas nama LF bersama rekannya sedang berdiri diruang tengah untuk menjelaskan kedatangan mereka. Sedangkan ia sedang duduk bersama advokat lainnya sambil menanyakan kenapa tugas makalahnya baru dikumpulkan, yang seharusnya tugas tersebut dikumpulkan di kampus.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Setelah saya menanyakan hal tersebut, LF menjawab, tidak datang ke kampus karena sedang liburan di Lampung. Kemudian LF menunjukkan foto-fotonya pada saat liburan dilampung bersama temannya, serta juga menunjukkan foto-foto sedang tidak memakai hijab dan juga sedang merokok ,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Kemudian LF juga menawarkan saya kalau mau liburan ke Lampung dia siap jadi pemandunya, karena pemandangannya bagus. Semua percakapan tersebut disaksikan advokat dan staf kantor serta pelamar pekerja yang sedang berada di ruang tersebut,\u00a0 kemudian makalah tersebut diletakkan dimeja dan setelah itu mereka pulang,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Terkait dengan adanya pelecehan terhadap mahasiswi tersebut, dia tidak tahu, karena kronologinya seperti itu. Terkait dengan pemberitaan yang beredar, mereka sebelumnya tidak konfirmasi dengannya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Saya sangat menyayangkan, seharusnya mereka menerbitkan pemberitaan tersebut harus konfirmasi kepada saya terlebih dahulu. LP yang dilaporkan oleh LF bukan pencabulan tetapi pelecehan dengan memegang pipinya dan memegang pahanya,&#8221; jelasnya HM.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Terakhir HM sampaikan bahwa pelecehan seperti yang dilaporkan oleh LF kepada pihak kepolisian, tidak ada sama sekali. Oleh karena itu pihaknya melaporkan balik atas pencemaran nama baiknya ke Polda Sumsel.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Terkait dengan pemberitaan yang memfitnah saya, sudah ada para awak media yang meminta maaf. Kita berharap kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) agar memproses yang seadil-adilnya untuk mencari kebenaran atas perkara ini,&#8221; tandasnya HM (Iin P).<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
